Kakimori Bunko, located in Itami, Osaka, kindly donated their time and space for interviews with Uda Kiyoko and Onishi Yasuyo (August, 2007). The museum, founded in 1984, houses one of the world's three major collections of haiku, including poetry and painting
The hanging scroll (kakejiku) shown to the left can be seen in the background of the video interviews of Uda Kiyoko and Onishi Yasuyo. It is a photographed copy of the original – the famed haiku furuike ya kawazu tobikomu mizu no oto, in the hand of Bashô, dated 1686, one of the great treasures in the collection.
